Returns Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we make returns simple and stress-free.

• You have 30 days from the delivery date to return any unused item in its original packaging.
• Items must be in brand-new condition — unused, undamaged and with all original tags attached.
• Contact our returns team at [email protected] or call +353 1 676 3744 to initiate a return.
• Once we receive and inspect the item, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Return shipping costs are covered by GreenEdge Golf for faulty or incorrectly shipped items. For change-of-mind returns, a €9.99 return shipping fee applies.
• Custom-fitted clubs, personalised items and sale items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned unless faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, and collect the faulty item at our expense.
